Shipping zones are a group of states, territories and/or military addesses that you may create for your shipping rules. You should consider whether or not you need to have different rates or calculation methods for different zones. For instance, you may want to have different rates and rules for:
- States near where you ship from
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories, such as the USVI and Puerto Rico
- States that are far away from where you ship from
We offer the ability to set grouped or individual zones for all 50 states, U.S. territories, and Military addresses for a total of 63 individual zones.
You can only have one shipping rule per zone.
Each state, territory or military address can only be in one zone.
