Go to Shop Front, located in the right hand corner of the Seller Portal, in the drop down menu below your name, you will find a field for Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Policy. This will be displayed in your Shop for Customers to see.
Here is where you will describe your Shop’s policies on Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges. Be very clear so that these policies will be well understood by anyone who reads them. When establishing your policies, please keep in mind that generally in online shopping, as well as in physical retail, retailers and brands have very liberal return, refund, and exchange policies. In order to build trust with Customers, we encourage Sellers to have as liberal policies as is possible. Exceptions could include items that are customized, personalized, or made-to-order that you would not be able to resell to another Customer.
